Dear Sir/madam,
I would like to know why is it that when people are charged for a crime or when they are wanted they do not release pictures?
I think that would go a far way in helping the public to identify criminals, and to help the police.
I would also like to highlight the website of the Jamaica constabulary Force, http://www.jamaicapolice.org.jm/index.html. it is a complete mess.
The website has enormous potential that can be modified to be used in this day and age to showcase wanted men. I would like the JCF to fix their website and update it regularly, the site has been showing "under construction" for close to 2 years if not more.
If the JCF wants or needs community help, lets start with utlizing effectively what we have.

Now that it has been acknowledged that it is a complete mess. How will we (note the we) fix it? Fine to note that there is a problem, but what steps can we take to mend that problem. Do we contact the department to volunteer our website services?
